The Customer Experience Product Marketing team is looking for a leader to help ensure customers successfully get started on Microsoft Business Applications and continue to grow in usage over time. This person will be charged with helping customers adopt and onboard new services, upgrade to the latest releases and continue to derive value from their usage of business applications. This role will ensure customers have the right resources, tools and support to get onboarded, find support, learn and be excited about the product roadmap.

Demonstrated track record of success in product management or product marketing
Strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly matrixed organization.
The ability to break giant amorphous problems into discrete solvable components and apply rigorous logic to arrive at solutions.
Responsibility for driving numerous work streams across cross-functional areas where there is no direct reporting structure. The person in this role will need to be able to clearly articulate a path and quickly align multiple parties, who will often have different priorities.
5+ years of product management or product marketing experience on products with complex sales cycles sold through direct/in-direct and partner channels
Understanding of Microsoft's cloud computing technologies and go-to-market strategies is a plus
MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
Up to 20% travel to be expected
