As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to own the development of go-to-market plans and competitive analysis for the Compass Agent Suite--a portfolio of innovative tools available for our agents and clients. You'll work closely with our operations, marketing, and product development teams to help bring Compass products and technologies to life. This is a high-impact, strategic role that will help position Compass as a leader in real estate technology.
At Compass You Will:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for the Compass Agent Suite, all while playing the lead role in defining messaging/positioning and enablement activities across the enterprise.
Define, monitor, and maintain Compass' competitive position within the real estate industry. Conduct deep dives on key real estate technology competitors and adjacent solutions to help accelerate our product development and innovation.
Plan, coordinate, and manage our multi-channel marketing efforts across all of our offices and agents in close collaboration with regional leaders and field teams.
Assist in the development of high-quality marketing and training content--specifically for our website, internal blogs, solutions-based training material, customer testimonials, and more.
Evangelize our products and solutions with agents, technology partners, industry analysts, and public media.
What We're Looking For:
B.A. or B.S. degree and 7+ years working in product marketing and/or strategy consulting
2+ years of experience working for a B2B SaaS-based technology startup and leading efforts in market segmentation, competitive analysis, build/buy/partner analysis, and industry research
Passion for performing marketing research and keeping up to date on industry trends
Deep knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g. Pardot/Marketo)
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
