Product Marketing Managers play a key role in every aspect of C3's SaaS applications: defining product positioning, conducting market research to gather competitive intelligence, influencing feature prioritization and developing marketing communications that include comprehensive product marketing campaigns for every individual C3 SaaS application. Product Marketing managers are skilled professionals with deep experience in enterprise software.
Develop a thorough understanding of the full suite of C3's AI-enabled SaaS Applications
Establish customer insights and needs through comprehensive research including insights from developers (C3 internal and Customer), our forward deployed solutions team, our customer success team and external data sources
Develop effective product marketing campaigns for C3's suite of AI-enabled SaaS applications; this includes integrated marketing communications and programs to drive developer acquisition and engagement
Drive success of communications and programs, and measure and report on KPIs and metrics
Regular travel (25+%) to visit customers is required
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field and Master of Science or Business Administration degrees
5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting, with project experience in big data, analytics, and data science
Deep knowledge of one or more industry verticals (ideally industrial manufacturing, energy, financial services, or life science)
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias towards data-based decision making; ability to develop quantitative analysis and reports to support marketing efforts
Demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly, customer-facing campaigns
Experience with demand generation, direct response marketing and customer acquisition/success program development
Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across teams at C3 to support multiple SaaS applications
Ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of product marketing for enterprise software applications, and provide leadership across both domains
