Amazon's Payment Acceptance and Experience organization is seeking a true product leader, who is passionate about building consumer products that deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will be defining Amazon-wide consumer payment experiences in partnership with UX Designers, Data Scientists and Software Engineers. Payments is a deep and complex area at Amazon that will require you to dive deep on how worldwide customers prefer to pay for goods and services and translating those requirements to our CX and Platform teams to develop systems that scale to billions of customers.

You will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing the foundation which enables every customer to purchase on Amazon. Specifically your product enables internal businesses to leverage the power of Amazon's payments platform and deliver the best paying experience to Amazon's customers around the globe.

You will own productizing and evolving existing services to allow Amazon to enable new paying experiences and payment methods at low cost, low time to market and increased agility. Additionally, you will own developing new solutions to enable paying experiences for new businesses and channels across web, mobile, and new commerce channels.

This Senior Product Manager-Technical role will own key areas of the Demand Shaping program. In this role you will work backwards from the customer and define features and processes, drive projects end-to-end, collaborate with technical teams and other Amazon teams to implement solutions, and deeply analyze the results. You'll drive frequent experiments where there's an opportunity to learn but conduct detailed due diligence when decisions have big implications and would be hard to reverse. You'll shape our strategy in a rapidly evolving environment. With stakeholders across the company across Prime, retail, technology, and operations, you'll have frequent opportunities to influence significant decisions. The scope for this role includes: * Ownership of the business strategy and measures of success. * Work closely with designers and engineers in DEX and other Amazon teams to drive feature definition and implementation. * Prioritize product feature backlog as part of agile software development. * Understand and manage financial levers, such as revenue, shipping costs, and contribution profit. * Simplify complex topics for broad audiences. * Build collaborative relationships with leadership in Retail, Fulfillment by Amazon, Marketplace, and Operations. * Lead, plan, and conduct periodic business reviews with Amazon executive leadership. * Responsible for the leadership and oversight of projects that impact Customers worldwide.
