In this role, you will be contributing to teams focused on meeting the core customer needs of the D&D community. You will have a bias toward data and action, and can break down complex problems into steps that efficiently drive product development toward achieving OKRs.

  • Work with executive leadership to determine vision, roadmap and goals for various product development teams

  • Regularly work with other departments within the company (design, sales, marketing, etc.) to assess needs and potential impact of projects

  • Collaborate with the platform architect and development teams to determine the best possible technical solutions

  • Prioritize projects to deliver the most value to the company as efficiently as possible

  • Help analyze data and metrics to inform decisions

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Work closely with engineering teams to reliably deliver high quality software

  • Work closely with community and growth teams to drive feature adoption and user engagement

You have

  • Passion for Dungeons & Dragons and mastering experience

  • 4+ years of product management / software development experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment

  • Interest in solving challenges for a rapidly growing business

  • Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems

  • Familiar with agile development, Jira, project management methodologies, KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, techniques to measure impact, discover requirements and perform product retrospectives

Position Summary and Responsibilities Teledyne is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I) Contract. The contractor will assist in providing the operations personnel to perform the operations product development, and staff the Payload Operations Integration Center (POIC) located at the MSFC where the real-time mission operations integration activities are performed. This contract provides single or multi-program unique facilities, systems, and services, both local and remote to MSFC, supporting NASA spacecraft, payload, satellite, and propulsion systems operations. The contract provides cross utilization of resources across programs and seamless operations support for multiple programs. The Deputy Program Manager will serve as the backup to the Program Manager as the Teledyne representative to NASA on this Program, and is responsible for assuring compliance with Teledyne and NASA requirements regarding contract performance. The DPM shall report to the Program Manager (PM) and work with the PM for the performance of the overall MO&I program. The DPM shall oversee, on behalf of the Contractor, all technical work scope on the contract, including, but not limited to, technical integration and process support, operations integration, operations preparation, training, mission execution, and ground systems, and IDIQ tasks. The DPM supports the PM with resource allocation, billing and invoicing, and meeting project milestone objectives. The DPM shall work directly with the NASA Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to coordinate technical work scope and project performance activities. The DPM shall have the following responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex master project schedules for multiple, simultaneous projects. Confirm all tasks are assigned sufficient resources to meet project goals / time-lines. Oversee the planning, executing, controlling, and closing of MO&I projects. Work with the technical and management team to identify risk, and determine risk mitigation strategy. Oversee technical work scope performance. Coordinate project management and sustainment activities, scheduling, technical engineering, performance, material ordering, staging, deliverables, billing, training, subcontracting, and any other activities associated with the daily performance of this Contract Recommend technical capabilities and process improvements. Create and manage communication plans to ensure adequate notification exists for all planned project tasks. Develop, track and maintain cost plans, spending plans and other financial data needed to support the contract. Qualifications Qualifications: * Strong leadership skills to ensure team motivation and certification sustainment, as well as plan for future staffing and training needs; * Understanding of NASA program reporting requirements; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * 10 + years' experience in project/program management; * Experience in NASA or similar 24 X 7 X 365 Operations Control Center; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent, and complex tasks/projects * Understanding of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Mission; * Experience with MSFC Mission and Operations IntegrationExperience in NASA International Space Station (ISS) Program Control Board or similar environment; Extensive experience with Federal Program management Citizenship RequirementsDue to classified work at the facility and related access restrictions, successful applicants must maintain U.S. Citizenship to allow the person to hold a U.S. Government security clearance.
