As a part of Groupon's Global Product & Engineering team, our Product Leaders are the glue holding our business and technology strategy goals together. Product Leaders work with designers, developers and the executive team to invent new features and experiences.

As a Lead Product Manager: Search & Recommendation, Deal Supply Intelligence, you will lead the consumer experience in regards to search and recommendations globally.

You will inspire, lead, develop and direct a high-performing team. You'll strategize daily with senior leadership as well as best-in-class engineering, design, and data science counterparts. You'll focus on delighting customers by giving them a frictionless, compelling and personalized experience.

Since Groupon is now a "mobile-most" company, this role has high visibility and is critical to the success of the company. You will be responsible for defining and delivering on critical metrics related to engagement and purchase behavior.

Define the CX-focused search and recommendation strategy, vision and roadmap for the website and mobile app experience
Develop strategies to deepen Groupon's understanding of its customer needs
Build out personalized experience across the full customer journey
Lead a product team dedicated to creating solutions with global impact
Collaborate with global leaders and cross-functional teams to release products that create awesome value for our customers with novel implementations
Inspire and motivate teams toward a common direction

We're Excited About You If You Have

At least 5 years of Product Management experience with an agile technology organization
At least 2 years leading, mentoring and developing product management teams, both local and remote
Experience influencing and creating a collaborative culture with Data Science, Engineers, UX designers and Marketing stakeholders to solve core customer needs
Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle
MBA a plus

VIEW JOBS The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Strategic Initiatives is primarily responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategy for specific customer segments with the goal of achieving $7M in new revenue annually. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will represent the Voice of Customer (VOC) and provide strategic marketing direction. They will also lead the development of programs to generate leads and raise awareness, which may include product launches, online digital campaigns, direct mail campaigns, trade shows, sales support, public relations, web, social media, etc. as well as lead tracking and reporting. This position will be focused on growing the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Lien Solutions Software and Services business as well as the Real Property Solutions Software and Services business. In addition, this position will also support Motor Vehicle Lien & Titling products and services. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work in concert with the product management team to analyze market conditions, the competitive landscape, customer needs and Lien Solutions capabilities, and develop go-to-market plans that differentiate Lien Solutions products from the competition while reinforcing customer value. They will also support the sales and client service teams through the creation of messaging, tools and sales support material, and will drive strategy and subject matter expertise for campaigns and communications to be delivered by the marketing communications team.
