You are part of a team accountable to:

  1. Identify new business opportunities in the Radiology markets globally
  2. Develop the business case to determine how Philips can create a long-term customer value proposition through innovative, break-through solutions"
  3. Evaluate the market potential for the solutions options
  4. Define, design, create and pilot new solutions with customers
  5. Align with internal and external partners in the development and delivery of the solution.

You create solutions based on your deep insights into our markets, customers and evolving healthcare economics that enable Philips to capture new value in the market. You are able to effectively communicate our vision, our path to get there, the driving value proposition, and why Philips is uniquely able to win. You are able to professionally and effectively represent Philips to our customers and partners in order to accelerate time to market through co-developed solutions.

You drive execution and remove roadblocks. You know where we are and where we'll be in 6 months, and when to change those plans. You know what needs to be done now and what can wait, and you focus the team on the key priorities. You make them happen faster and better. You ensure the solution is world-class. You are constantly product testing in real-world conditions. You define progress and impact, measure them, and maximize results. You convince other people to do what you need them to do for the good of the product. You drive things to closure.

You are the face of the product in the organization. People bring you questions, advice, and ideas. You represent and champion the team. You ensure that everyoneyour manager, execs, ops, teams down the hallwayknows who you are, what your team is doing, and what impact your team is having. You build relationships that help the team get things done. You ensure the product's story is told, and understood, internally and externally. You create collateral, FAQs, docs, and presentations that can be leveraged by marketing, PR, sales/BD, executives, etc.

Your success is the success of the larger solution team. You're accountable for devising and executing a winning planno excuses. You are responsible for

  • Building a well-defined product backlog for a new solution offering in the Radiology space

  • Managing product launch and integration activities with third party product partners as appropriate

  • Working closely with different stakeholders within and outside Philips to build consensus on direction of the product, and how to build it

  • Ensuring consistently high team performance with clear expectations setting, coaching/mentoring, and data-driven management

  • Successfully communicating product vision across targeted customer segment(s) and within Philips

  • Partnering with Engineering to develop, mentor, and manage the architecture, engineering and operations technical staff.

  • Building a culture of high-performance, collaboration, transparency and reliability

  • Establishing a productive and scalable work culture and environment.

  • Partnering with Portfolio Management to develop and execute on an integrated product roadmap, working cross-functionally to support our strategy and drive development of new products and services across application platforms.

  • Partnering with the team to manage user experience design and align products with market needs

  • Working with business operations to define targets for customer satisfaction for our SaaS solutions and products.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a product management role; ideally in fast growth technology driven product environment

  • Bachelor's degree required (engineering or business degree preferred)

  • MBA with a technology or entrepreneurship concentration plus

  • Experience with product requirements definition, value proposition creation and product marketing

  • Experience in the application of complex health technology and/or data enabled Software-as-a-Service offerings

  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets

  • Knowledge of HealthTech and Radiology is not required but desired

  • Ability to work with various product stakeholders and opinion leaders in the healthcare space

  • Strong social and communication skills

  • Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation

  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.

  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks

  • Solid spoken and written English skills

Partner with and challenge the team in IT integration principles and standards to define and deliver post-merger integration strategy Ensure the support of IT partners to aid with integration strategy as required . Merger and / or Acquisition, Post Close: Partner with the Business Integration Manager and NVI Program manager to lead the integration process and leverage the Philips organization Setup and Lead the IT integration process. Phase in the IT domain experts, like Applications (I2M, M2O, O2C and Enabling), Infrastructure, Contracts & Licenses, Information Security and Masterdata, to maximize value creation. Monitor quality, progress and financial performance of Integration projects and take all necessary corrective actions to ensure targets are met. Responsible for the after care of the IT integrations and identification of additional value creation opportunities and cost optimizations. Act as an intermediary between the IT domain Experts and the acquired business. Drive continuous improvement; lead the activities aimed at delivering continuous improvement across the projects Contribute to the (IT) M&A organization by sharing experiences, best practices and lessons learned.
