You build relationships that help the team get things done. You ensure the product's story is told, and understood, internally and externally. You create collateral, FAQs, docs, and presentations that can be leveraged by marketing, PR, sales/BD, executives, etc.

You are responsible for
Building a well-defined product backlog for a new solution offering in the Radiology space
Managing product launch and integration activities with third party product partners as appropriate
Working closely with different stakeholders within and outside Philips to build consensus on direction of the product, and how to build it
Ensuring consistently high team performance with clear expectations setting, coaching/mentoring, and data-driven management
Successfully communicating product vision across targeted customer segment(s) and within Philips
Partnering with Engineering to develop, mentor, and manage the architecture, engineering and operations technical staff.
Building a culture of high-performance, collaboration, transparency and reliability
Establishing a productive and scalable work culture and environment.
Partnering with Portfolio Management to develop and execute on an integrated product roadmap, working cross-functionally to support our strategy and drive development of new products and services across application platforms.
Partnering with the team to manage user experience design and align products with market needs
Working with business operations to define targets for customer satisfaction for our SaaS solutions and products.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a product management role; ideally in fast growth technology driven product environment
Bachelor's degree required (engineering or business degree preferred)
MBA with a technology or entrepreneurship concentration plus
Experience with product requirements definition, value proposition creation and product marketing
Experience in the application of complex health technology and/or data enabled Software-as-a-Service offerings
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets
Knowledge of HealthTech and Radiology is not required but desired
Ability to work with various product stakeholders and opinion leaders in the healthcare space
Strong social and communication skills
Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation
Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
Solid spoken and written English skills
