You will report to the Senior Director, Product Management

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Own products or systems through entire product lifecycle -- from initial proposal, production, marketing and sales, through product retirement

  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand what functionality and features they need/want, and use that input to define the feature roadmap. Keep stakeholders involved and informed throughout the planning, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Manage stakeholder and customer escalations when needed.

  • Using product research input, create detailed business and technical requirements, working alongside engineering to design, develop, and bring concepts to market

  • Contribute to the strategic planning process and ensure continuing alignment of the product strategy with the overall company strategy

  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Communicate all product releases, additions, and updates with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, sharing use cases and benefits of new functionality

  • Establish success criteria for product usage and perform ongoing measurement and monitoring, using input to inform roadmap and designs.

About You:

  • 5+ years of software product management experience

  • A consistent track record leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • A solid Product Owner background, with a demonstrated experience working with a team of technical experts in an agile environment

  • A technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Demonstrated skills communicating with peers, managers, and senior leadership

  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, presentation and written skills

  • Extensive experience with enterprise software very helpful

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • CSPO or A-CSPO Certification

  • Customer references - line of business or IT leaders who can recommend your work from previous experience as your customer

VIEW JOBS 4/5/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-04T00:00 The position is a credit underwriting and portfolio management role with focus on execution of acquisition, recapitalization, restructuring, leveraged buyout, asset based lending and refinancing transactions for new and existing customers. In a typical market, you will be part of a deal team executing financing opportunities throughout the underwriting, credit approval, and documentation and closing processes. You will also be responsible for account management activities including quarterly trend cards, covenant tracking, financial statement analysis, and the completion of various internal modeling tools. Currently, the role is focused on portfolio management until which time, the credit markets open and navigate through the current pandemic. Current Role Details: * Work with junior member of the CLE team on the portfolio management of portfolio of Leveraged Finance transactions. Duties include maintaining up to date knowledge of each account, ongoing identification of all relevant risks and mitigating factors. as well as the development of a coherent strategy. You will formulate deliver proactive recommendations to maximize recoveries. * Responsible for managing amendment and/or restructuring processes. * Responsible for development and recommendation of credit hits of the assigned portfolio * Maintain regular contact with both internal and external teams to ensure a smooth execution to maximize recovery. Internal teams will include accounting, loan operations, risk controlling and legal. External teams will include outside counsel and financial advisors. * Ensure compliance with Siemens internal reporting requirements Role Details: * Drive execution of credit transactions, including due diligence, identification of all relevant risks and mitigating factors, development of a coherent investment rationale, and presentation of the ultimate credit approval request. * Responsible for the structuring and documentation of debt transactions, including liaising with both the internal and external counsel to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of all proposed structures. * Maintain continued oversight of portfolio companies, including delivery of proactive recommendations and managing amendment and/or restructuring processes. * Maintain regular contact with internal teams to ensure a smooth execution process. * Supervise and develop analysts * Ensure compliance with Siemens internal reporting requirements Qualifications: * BA/BS in finance, economics or accounting preferred * 15-20 years of credit analysis. Specific workout/troubled account experience is ideal. * Preferably, including the completion of credit training from a large international investment bank or a smaller institution with focus on Middle Market businesses. * Deep knowledge of discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, merger and asset-based models. * Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented deal team. * Prior experience underwriting Syndicated Bank and Club transactions. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. * Solid professional writing skills, particularly in preparation of credit memos and relevant documents and announcements. * Willingness to travel when travel restrictions ease.
