About this role:

Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally in 2024 and expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. We are looking for a product expert who is ready to upscale how Worldpay can move money for our ~1m customers.

As a Senior Product Manager - Payouts you will be responsible for ideating and owning the build and integration of new solutions and capabilities into our Payout products for our customers. You will have deep knowledge of global payout solutions and customer needs, paired with 3+ years of Product Management experience.

About the team:

Worldpay has a dedicated Payouts team, spanning Product, Strategy, Commercialization and Sales. You will sit within the Product team, collaborating closely with our wider change delivery function and commercial teams.

Working within the Payouts Product team for Worldpay you will operate as a leader of change, acting on behalf of our current and future customers. You will own multiple customer experiences, tasked with innovating on our current capabilities and designing new solutions to emerging opportunities for measurable benefit. You will own delivery end to end supported by dedicated Engineering resource and Operations expertise from across the business.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Understand the company strategy, market, industry, and client goals and apply this understanding to assigned product space to create a product strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives.

  • Successfully articulate how the Product strategy fits into the overall company vision.

Ways of Working:

  • Guide development teams utilizing Agile software development principles to build and deliver software applications that meet customer and company goals.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business.

  • Own backlog creation and prioritization down to acceptance criteria level.

  • Work closely with development leads to prioritize features and improvements based on customer and market needs.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape.

  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Establish KPIs for our solutions and regularly assess product performance.

  • Identify areas for optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Experience you will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences

  • 3 years + Product Management experience

  • You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make

  • Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical and business requirements

  • Deep knowledge of payouts customer experience

  • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments

  • Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills

  • Be tenacious in your goals, insatiably curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.00 - $218,380.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
