NCR's Telecom & Technology (T&T) division is seeking a highly qualified product manager to lead its Enterprise Networking practice within the global Offer Management organization. The Enterprise Networking Senior Product Manager will focus on building and evolving high-growth, high-value managed services inclusive of consultative, field (deployment and maintenance), and remote services for national and multinational enterprise clients via strategic relationships with leading communications service providers (CSP) and network technology manufacturers (OEM, ODM, etc.). Relevant technology domains include Routing/Switching, Firewall, Load Balancing, and WAN Optimization/Visibility. Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as day-to-day leader of Enterprise Networking practice reporting to the Offer Management Senior Director

  • Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders to identify, define, and create service offers that can be sold worldwide by T&T sales teams

  • Develop offer requirements documents with input from cross-functional stakeholders including sales, service delivery, and CSP/OEM customers

  • Understand competitive dynamics and maintain a current market analysis

  • Communicate, influence and work with internal and external decision makers to ensure they understand and agree on the strategy

  • Work with marketing, sales, and other customer advocates to drive the field and customer engagement plans

  • Act as Enterprise Networking subject matter expert, training leader, and advisor to various internal, partner, and customer organizations


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant field, with 10-12 years of product or services management experience with an enterprise managed services provider (preferred), CSP, and/or relevant OEM

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including routing/switching, firewall, load balancing, and WAN optimization/visibility from the perspective of CSPs, OEMs, and enterprises.

  • Extensive understanding and involvement with complex network solutions and optical technology

  • Ability to directly engage customers and sales teams in positioning opportunities and recommendations.

  • Familiarity with leading hardware and software providers including Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Huawei, Riverbed, F5, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet.

  • Exposure to international markets including leading CSPs and major competitors

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with common software programs such as PowerPoint and Excel


  • MS or MBA is desired

  • Ability to lead virtual team efforts, partner across organizational boundaries, and influence product direction

  • Demonstrated capacity to take abstract technical and business concepts and communicate them to drive adoption

  • Conceptual and practical (i.e., use cases) understanding of Software Defined Networking (including SD-WAN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) architecture, including controllers, APIs, business applications, and compatible hardware

  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL or ISO20k, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, CISA/CISP

The Product Manager for Digital Retailing is a critical role that works with our product owners and engineers to guide new feature development from ideation, user testing, into the engineering backlog using Scaled Agile processes. We are seeking someone with experience between Digital media, eCommerce, Retail his role is responsible for components of the eCommerce solution with the business components to delivery on our product roadmap and our core business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage execution for sprint releases from product definition and planning through production, and deployment, with a focus on the minimum viable product. * Develop features and user stories with detailed requirements that are informed by analyzing market data and customer needs. * Work with product owners to deliver release plans, development strategy, and articulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization * Serve as the central resource for design, development, testing, and quality as the feature(s) move to production. * Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholder and align all development activity with business goals and priorities. * Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements balances business needs with technical requirements, and recommends alternative approaches to meet design requirements when needed * Collaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved * Execute on the go-to market strategies and value propositions to support product launches and evaluate those plans to monitor the product performance * Monitor performance, compile status, and communicate performance to all levels of management. The role is responsible for delivering a successful product to market as measured by consumer & customer satisfaction / loyalty, revenue growth (short and long-term), adoption and product performance.
