NCR's Telecom & Technology (T&T) division is seeking a highly qualified product manager to lead its Enterprise Networking practice within the global Offer Management organization. The Enterprise Networking Senior Product Manager will focus on building and evolving high-growth, high-value managed services inclusive of consultative, field (deployment and maintenance), and remote services for national and multinational enterprise clients via strategic relationships with leading communications service providers (CSP) and network technology manufacturers (OEM, ODM, etc.). Relevant technology domains include Routing/Switching, Firewall, Load Balancing, and WAN Optimization/Visibility. Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as day-to-day leader of Enterprise Networking practice reporting to the Offer Management Senior Director

  • Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders to identify, define, and create service offers that can be sold worldwide by T&T sales teams

  • Develop offer requirements documents with input from cross-functional stakeholders including sales, service delivery, and CSP/OEM customers

  • Understand competitive dynamics and maintain a current market analysis

  • Communicate, influence and work with internal and external decision makers to ensure they understand and agree on the strategy

  • Work with marketing, sales, and other customer advocates to drive the field and customer engagement plans

  • Act as Enterprise Networking subject matter expert, training leader, and advisor to various internal, partner, and customer organizations


  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other relevant field, with 10-12 years of product or services management experience with an enterprise managed services provider (preferred), CSP, and/or relevant OEM

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies including routing/switching, firewall, load balancing, and WAN optimization/visibility from the perspective of CSPs, OEMs, and enterprises.

  • Extensive understanding and involvement with complex network solutions and optical technology

  • Ability to directly engage customers and sales teams in positioning opportunities and recommendations.

  • Familiarity with leading hardware and software providers including Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Nokia, Huawei, Riverbed, F5, Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet.

  • Exposure to international markets including leading CSPs and major competitors

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency with common software programs such as PowerPoint and Excel


  • MS or MBA is desired

  • Ability to lead virtual team efforts, partner across organizational boundaries, and influence product direction

  • Demonstrated capacity to take abstract technical and business concepts and communicate them to drive adoption

  • Conceptual and practical (i.e., use cases) understanding of Software Defined Networking (including SD-WAN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) architecture, including controllers, APIs, business applications, and compatible hardware

  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL or ISO20k, CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, CISA/CISP

This position will manage and be the primary point of contact for our Digital Loyalty program, while working cross functionally daily with our SkyMiles team. The successful candidate will have a passion for building exceptional digital products that drive positive customer sentiment across and the Fly Delta Apps, while developing and executing against a product roadmap specific to the area of focus. You must be a self-starter that is focused on improving digital experiences in order to achieve business goals. As the product manager, you will work with UX/Design, development and key business stakeholders to define and plan the launch of new features. You will also be responsible for the continuous optimization of Delta's digital products, while measuring and being accoutable for the success of these initiatives against core customer satisfaction metrics.
