In our journey to elevate our mobile web presence, we are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead our mobile site engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our mobile web platform meets and surpasses our users' expectations.

The role

As Senior Product Manager for Mobile Site Engagement, you will spearhead our efforts to improve user experience and engagement on our mobile website. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for feature development and enhancement that promote user engagement, retention, and monetization. Your contributions will significantly influence the evolution of our mobile web experience, making it more captivating, accessible, and enjoyable for our global audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the roadmap for mobile web product features, focusing on elevating user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collect and process user data and market trends to uncover opportunities for product innovation and refinement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and analytics teams to implement new features and improvements.
  • Guide the process of experimentation and analysis, from hypothesis generation through to execution and insight gathering.
  • Develop and monitor post-launch feature performance metrics, using insights to drive further refinements and improvements.
  • Maintain adherence to all applicable regulations and best practices concerning content and user interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree gives you some extra points.
  • Product management experience with consumer web products showcasing impact on user audience.
  • Expertise in running A/B tests and writing requirements documentation for software engineers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with prior experience measuring feature performance and presenting insights to the leadership team.
  • Experience working in Agile environment and collaborating with analytics, UX design and engineering teams. 
  • Ability to empathize with end users and knowledge of fundamental concepts of user experience design.

The Base Salary range for this position is $150,000 - $210,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
