Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our lead management system -- a critical solution that handles and tracks potential leads from initial contact to conversion. You will be responsible for launching new products aimed at enhancing lead handling, increasing conversion rates, and boosting sales efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating all the activities required to bring the product to market, from ideation to scale. This involves generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, and bridging the gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all the teams involved.
Responsibilities:
Develops a roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs
Builds, manages and prioritizes the lead management system backlog
Strategically partners with Business, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams.
You will understand and become an expert with markets/business channels, competition, and user requirements in depth
Develops strong relationships with other business leaders and tech department heads.
Defines and communicates a clear product vision and strategy
Launches a new product that integrates with our lead management system, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and technology ecosystem
Works in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning several teams such as product, design, engineering, marketing, sales and support
Works closely with engineering and other product counterparts to own delivery and execution of product roadmap, as well as with sales and marketing to drive go-to-market and deliver business goals.
Participates in Scrum rituals such as sprint planning, daily standup and retrospective.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Tech Product Management in FinTech or Digital Financial Services
Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
Must have experience taking a SaaS, PaaS or FinTech Product from ideation to launch
Must have experience launching FinTech or Financial Products
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage with all levels of management
Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments.
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis.
Ability to make informal and formal presentations, inside and outside the organization; speaking before assigned team or other groups as needed.
Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge of JIRA tools and Agile methodology

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $138,000 and $180,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
