Role Summary
The Senior Manager will lead and execute product strategy, product development, and product management initiatives for T. Rowe Price Alternatives. The leader will Initiate and complete competitive research with private vehicles, and possess an in-depth knowledge of alternative investments and regulatory environment. Using assessment of market trends and the competitive landscape, makes recommendations for new products for respective alternative products and vehicles. The Senior Manager creates and presents materials for product governance meetings. The position leverages project management skills to enable effective communication of critical milestones occurring with various product initiatives. In conjunction with key stakeholders, the individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to support the alternatives platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead product development and implementation of new Alternative products
Manage existing private capabilities across vehicles
Work closely with cross-functional teams from product idea generation to launch through fundraising
Strong understanding of T. Rowe Price Private and OHA alternative product capabilities and distribution channels
Support subject matter experts across investments, distribution, and global product.
Identify product trends across Private and liquid alternative structures
Qualifications:
Required:
7 + years alternatives experience
Experience with private vehicle structures and capabilities including Private Equity and Private Credit
Knowledge of the alternative asset management industry within the US and Globally including vehicle structuring and fundraising
Commercial awareness of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks required for alternative products
Strong organizational and communication skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaboration
Ability to project manager launches with key stakeholders across cross functional teams
Experience with Alternative data sources and tools including Preqin
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for full-time remote work.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$116,500 - $199,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington
$146,000 - $248,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.

$116,500.00 - $199,000.00 USD
