Infoblox is searching for a Senior Product Manager who has experience in driving SaaS platform enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business and technical acumen, allowing them to become the domain expert and product strategy lead in networking and enterprise security for Infoblox product lines.

The Product Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management and will be responsible for driving a customer centric approach through all phases of our SaaS platform and applications product lifecycle. They should possess extensive experience in agile methodologies across all concept, definition, planning, development and implementation aspects. The qualified candidate will work closely with all parts of the Infoblox organization including customer assurance, customer success, channel, sales, engineering, marketing, finance, and IT to ensure on-time and successful delivery of Infoblox SaaS products and solutions.
Drive Infoblox customer centricity through requirements gathering, feature and roadmap definition, and SaaS platform release delivery
Collaborate with customer care, customer success, support, sales, channel, finance, marketing and all key stakeholders to enrich the customer journey and drive innovative features, programs, processes and best practices for our flagship SaaS platform and application services
Participate in CAB, TAB, and UX user group sessions to gather critical customer feedback on our SaaS solutions across all phases of the customer journey
Develop business cases for new concepts: opportunity size, financial impact, market share, cost of sales, profitability expectations
Work directly with engineering on a regular basis, driving agile methodologies, user stories, decisions on feature/cost trade off, ROI and impact on customer experience
Develop GTM (go-to-market) plans aimed at enabling rapid market adoption of Infoblox SaaS products and solutions and work with all relevant teams to ensure execution of the plan
10+ years experience as a product manager
3+ years experience managing a SaaS solution
Successful experience in building customer centricity into products, solutions, and culture
Solid knowledge of SaaS/Cloud deployment methodologies
Familiarity with the major players in the enterprise networking and/or security market, their products, positioning and strategies, for both traditional and cloud data center spaces
Familiarity with DNS, cyber security, threat intelligence, and other related security technologies and concepts
IPv6, DNS/DHCP/IPAM and networking experience a plus
Driven, results oriented individual, focused on execution in a team environment
Ability to capture and articulate customer problems and translate those into product strategy and requirements
Ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver features
Demonstrated success in managing relationships with partners, customers and sales teams, particularly in difficult or challenging situations
Excellent communications capability for written, verbal, and presentation/collateral mediums
Ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, fast growth environment and handle multiple projects and tasks daily
