The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for assessing market needs and inspiring cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs.

The role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products The Sr. Product Manager must not only be able to develop new ideas for products, but deliver them in coordination with a product roadmap. You are a leader and are comfortable operating in both technical and business environments.

The Sr. Product Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers, data scientist and business partners. They support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams.

Importantly, the Sr. Product Manager, must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams). The Sr. Product Manager is often responsible for products that are higher-profile and/or that are larger in scope.

70%- Develop/contribute to product roadmap that fits into the vision of Home Depot; Work with Dev. Managers to groom backlogs, sprint plan, lead demos, retrospectives and daily standups; Write clear and concise requirements and user stories, prioritize development items and coordinate schedules with data science and engineering teams
30%- Align on and communicate roadmap to stakeholders; Work with Business partners to understand and support change management needs and cross functional dependencies; Work with support and business counterparts to develop pilots programs, product rollout plans etc.

This position has no direct reports.



Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years experience in product management or as a product owner building and shipping products

Experience working with product teams (engineering, UX, Data Science) with strong interpersonal skills

Experience communicating and presenting to leadership teams and facilitating projects

Education Required:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining, communicating, and delivering a roadmap for this platform that enables growth across Bently Nevada's product lines. Essential Responsibilities: Bently Nevada product managers are cross functional leaders responsible for driving alignment between product lines and influencing key enabling functions like technology, services, sales, and marketing. As the Senior Product Manager - System 1 Core, you will be responsible for driving investments that enable Bently Nevada strategic priorities pertaining to expanded penetration with condition monitoring products and their associated services. This will require driving structured customer engagements, establishing product strategy, and delivering a clearly articulated roadmap. To do this, you will be expected to work cross-functionally with your product line peers to provide a unified go to market strategy, and investment prioritization. Key areas of focus will be to deliver a best-in-class experience for existing System 1 customers to ensure that they recognize value out of their investment and benefit from the roadmap to support their business case to renew maintenance and support agreements. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying strategic areas of focus to create opportunities to expand license revenue within Bently Nevada's core and non-core markets to support Bently Nevada's financial targets.
