Internally, there are hundreds of users across Sales, Customer Service and Finance. Implementing state-of-the-art technology for our employees is the goal of the Financial Systems Team.
In this role, you will work closely with various groups within Sales, Finance, Engineering, and other groups throughout the business to design and lead projects to implement new Financial features, integrate with other systems, identify vendors/services that can improve our processes, and find opportunities to improve our Financial architecture.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Implement projects to improve Financial processes both within the ERP system and with integrated add-on systems. This position will particularly focus on the Billing, Financial reporting, and integrations
Collaborate with Finance, Sales and other parts of the business to understand core requirements
Conduct systems analysis of current and prospective solutions
Analyze functional processes from onboarding of customer, orders, billing to financial reporting
Lead implementation, end-user acceptance, and training of your solutions
Identify the necessary configuration, administration, maintenance that is required to ensure the system operates properly and performs as required
Become technical subject matter expert in the areas of your focus and keep pace with industry trends
Research and implement 3rd party SAAS software to extend functionality of the system
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
10+ years administering, managing, or implementing applications (Financial/SaaS application preferred)
Participated in /lead 2-3 successfully completed system implementations (Experience with Billing/ Contracting and NetSuite is a plus)
Ability to analyze complex, interconnected systems and processes
Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable requirement and functional specifications
Project management experience, ability to deliver on scope and timelines consistently
Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members and senior management.
Ability to build working relationship within and between teams in order to elicit requirements from various personalities across organizational boundaries.
Experience identifying, vetting, and managing vendors
Experience with data integration, verification, controls, and audit processes
Ability to write simple to intermediate level SQL queries.
