Oversees the strategic product management for the General and IRS Lockbox Networks at U.S. Bank. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and meeting product profit and growth goals in collaboration with relationship managers, Technology and Operations Services (TOS), project managers, implementation and corporate finance personnel. Oversees the evaluation of market trends in federal finance to identify product development needs. Recommends revisions and enhancements to product line(s) to stimulate sales, improve or enhance efficiencies and meet revenue growth objectives.

Manages design, development, implementation and enhancement of existing products that support organization and business line objectives by collaborating with internal partners.
Manages the development of product pricing and profitability analysis and recommends pricing for new services when requested by the client.
Manages "Requirements Change Notice (RCN)" and "Process Change Requirements (PCR)" processes, including the cost estimates.
Ensures that production activities are properly translated into billing element volumes by analyzing the production and billing processes.
In collaboration with relationship managers, manages the development and maintenance of competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends.
Manages the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance, profitability and contribution.
Reviews strategic product and market perspectives; evaluating long term effects and anticipating changes. Spearheads efforts to electronify paper items and convert items to online bill payment (eLockbox - Credit Gateway). Investigates new technologies that, if implemented, could improve production outcomes and profitability.
Works and collaborates with Treasury Management lockbox product managers when appropriate.
