We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to assist the Director of Operations in the coordination of key strategic and cross-functional initiatives and systems related projects in support of the peer review and ethics process. This person will perform analysis of complex, high-profile technology intitiatives and manage teams (internal and third party) responsible for supporting, administering and testing such systems with more than thirty thousand users. Additionally, they will lead and coordniate vendor management activities including planning and quality control in order to provide technology solutions in support of business partners.

Candidates with experience in product management, web technology, and general database concepts and reporting tools are encouraged to apply.

This role will serve as the subject matter expert for the product domain and will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role will focus on ensuring that our customers are getting optimal value from the product domain and driving innovation so that we have a competitive, best-in-class product that leads the market.</em></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Essential Functions</p><ul> <li>Own the product domain and ensure its on-going viability and value to the company and customers</li> <li>Work collaboratively with UX/UI product designers and engineering leads to ensure the best product decisions are being made</li> <li>Regularly meet with cross-functional teams like Sales, Client Support and Finance team on any matters that affect Development and can contribute to better communication </li> <li>Facilitate discovery efforts and customer interviews to collect requirements for new opportunities/improvements.
