As a Senior Product Manager at Ticketmaster, you will be working collaboratively with your development team, other internal product teams, user experience & design, and our clients to define, develop and deliver best in class core capabilities that our global clients will want to adopt. Your ability to break down and simplify complex problems into actionable steps will help to drive product strategy. Your ability to effectively communicate that strategy upward as well as outward across the organization will drive your success. In this critical new role you will:
Define long term product strategy, vision and quarterly goals together with your team and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders
Define key milestones, KPIs and success criteria and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
Establish product product backlog, proposing and refining features and experiences based use cases, key personas, competitive landscape, UX design, and best practices
Prioritize and communicate roadmap based upon level of impact and value to the business
Define product features, epics, user stories, and tasks leveraging agile tools and processes, evolving these processes as necessary to ensure efficiency and quality
Research and analyze emerging trends in the marketplace and consistently benchmark competition.
Maintain close relationships with partners from other business segments within Ticketmaster and LiveNation; leverage insights to improve the product, and drive product performance against identified KPIs
Build and maintain productive relationships with partners from other segments within Ticketmaster and Live Nation
Measure and communicate risks, costs where appropriate in coordination with program management
Provide regular stakeholder updates including team demos
5+ years' experience in product management. Direct experience delivering data products, or working with large scale multi-client enterprise systems are a plus
Proficient in data flow diagramming; Strength in both data and use case analysis; comfortable with querying databases to help define or validate key requirements
Proven track record in delivering complex projects using a recognized Agile project management methodology (Agile SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
Thorough understanding of the tools, resources, and applications that document and communicate product vision, design and definition
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly empathetic with ability to collaborate across a diverse group of technical and non-technical stakeholders to simplify concepts and identify highest value targets.
Experience working effectively with a software engineering organization as true creative partners, sharing ownership of product outcomes.
Excellent project management skills including resource and timeline management, risk assessment, contingency planning
Proactive style with a demonstrated sense of ownership and responsibility for delivery; a bias towards confident action
Demonstrated experience working with various metrics reporting tools and communicating metrics to key stakeholders
Comfortable working with remote development teams; French language speaker is a bonus
