Here's a closer look at this key role:

As the Senior Product Manager for our Communications Platform, including our VoIP and Mobile Communication teams, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of your roadmaps. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, support, and sales, to ensure that our telecommunications product suite meets our customers' needs and stays ahead of the competition in the rapidly evolving communication landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our telecommunications product suite, VoIP and Mobile, based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Manage partnerships with our 3rd party vendors for hardware & other related products or services

• Define and prioritize features, functionality, and user experience requirements and work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and quality product releases.

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and use that information to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

• Drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful app launches and adoption in the target market.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to gather and prioritize product feedback as well as develop product collateral, sales enablement materials, and pricing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our app to customers and partners.

• Monitor & report product performance and user engagement metrics, and use that information to make data-driven decisions to improve the app over time.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management or similar experience

• Direct experience in the VoIP/ telecommunications/ communications space

• Understanding of development processes and technologies, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Ability to write clear requirements documents outlining the business and market needs with strong attention to detail

• Assertively champions customer, user, and reseller needs, while driving timelines aggressively, yet respectfully

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Skill in negotiating resources, budgets, and timelines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and financial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
