Porch is looking for a seasoned, customer-centric Senior Product Manager to guide the long-term vision and strategy for the customer facing product across the Porch Moving Group. Your job will be to define and drive implementing our service marketplace, to help us deliver an industry-leading customer experience for millions of homeowners.

We’re making homeownership simple and disrupting the 500B home services industry, and we want you to be a part of it As a Senior Product Manager at Porch, you’re an owner. You’re responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products that delight our customers. This role requires you to combine your passion for helping customers with your technical expertise to ensure we’re building solid and scalable technology to grow our business.

You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity, thinking big and diving deep. You’ll be responsible for helping grow our business by working with customers to define and prioritize requirements for our products. This role will require strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for customers as you help shape our companys direction in the coming years.

What You Will Do as A Senior Product Manager Set the strategy for the consumer side of our moving services marketplace and evangelize the vision with the organization, from customer acquisition to checkout to retention Create and manage the consumer product roadmap - gather detailed business opportunities and turn them into the epics and stories that set the direction for the engineering team. Enable customer advocacy in solution design and prioritization. Define and prioritize new features and strategic initiatives to drive Porch Moving Services Marketplace adoption, repeat usage, support revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Facilitate trade-off decisions between investment, schedule and customer benefit. Conduct customer research and use data to drive the development and prioritization of new products and product improvements. Build successful partnerships with business owners, product managers, UX, analyst and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.

Work to continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey by defining success criteria for your product and using data to gather signals that will inform future investment decisions. Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business goals, technical solution, launch planning and execution. Instill a test & learn culture with high velocity A/B testing; embed AI into day to day activities Have a passion for product: conceiving, designing, building, and shipping it.

You should be a product geek and a maven of all things product. What You Will Bring as a Senior Product Manager 7 years of relevant experience in both consumer & e-commerce product management, where the goal has been to acquire customers and move them down the funnel to conversion. Experience building and driving product adoption in B2C marketplace environments.

Experience owning and driving a successful product roadmap, product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.

Experience leveraging AI to improve internal efficiency and to solve customer problems Strong command of Google Analytics, Optimizely, Jira, and other common product management tools Strong command of agile methodology including scrum ceremonies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action; ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Experience leading Jr. product managers, ideally experience with direct reports, facilitating growth plans & hosting 1:1s.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve every problem, learn, and get the job done. What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member Pay Range: $134,300 - $196,900 Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location. Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
