The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

As the Senior Product Manager, Consumer Marketing - Campaign Management and Analytics you will serve as one of the Consumer Marketing leads for the Freestyle Libre portfolio in the U.S. and drive disruptive transformation in the intensely competitive glucose monitoring market. The SPM will support the Consumer Team in generating consumer demand by ensuring that all new and existing campaigns are set up correctly and fully integrated so that we can easily monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

What You'll Work On

Campaign Management

  • Establish, modify, and train marketers on multichannel, integrated campaign launch processes and procedures across paid media, web, and CRM

  • Provide quality control checks of "Campaign Framework" with every launch of Paid Media to ensure best-in-class execution of campaign frameworks.

  • Oversee campaign development, tagging and web page coordination, ongoing performance analysis and optimization, testing, and reporting.

  • Develop and manage customized landing pages for paid media campaigns

Tagging/Tracking/Taxonomy

  • Manage/edit the taxonomy workbook & internal directory.

  • Conduct QA/QC on tagging/tracking

  • Deliver the "final" approval point before any taxonomy strings go live.

  • Work with internal and external Web Development teams to implement, monitor, and maintain all media tags on website.

  • Project manage the implementation process of media tags and develop cross functional tagging requirements.

  • Monitor data quality, while troubleshooting and flagging any issues to impacted teams or agencies across website.

Paid Media Analytics

  • Manage, track, and analyze paid media KPIs and recommend optimizations to improve performance.

  • Develop, manage, and cross share a change log that includes any new changes to the Website, Consumer Content, and Campaign launches.

  • Set & Own end-to-end media performance strategy and develop key deliverable roadmaps in partnership with the Website and multiple Agencies.

  • Deep dive into the weekly performance, to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities as well as forecasting future channel performances.

  • Manage continuous testing plan which delivers consistent channel growth and performance improvements against key metrics.

  • Consistently reviews web analytics, marketing mix and attribution modeling, and agency reporting platforms to identify trends and provide optimization recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years marketing experience, with a minimum of one year of experience in Marketing IT development, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a strong understanding of media tagging and trafficking, along with understanding media channel KPIs and measurement, across digital channels.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google and Adobe Analytics

  • Ability to articulate the delivery of brand awareness via top funnel media while driving reach, and conversion down funnel based on Paid media channel performance to website.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and an ability to think creatively, strategically, and quickly and to learn and act quickly.

  • 1-3 years of media performance analysis with managing taxonomy and UTM framework across a high volume of digital media channels

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of digital media, marketing, or advertising experience that includes proven results in developing and optimizing's campaigns to meet business objectives.

  • Experience with database queries and analytics, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and project management tools like Workfront.

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively utilize research and media performance data to shape strategies and tactics.

  • Proven ability to identify/define business questions and issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis.

  • Candidate must be an energetic, self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for helping the Consumer in a Healthcare environment. Has a bias for action and proven track record of executing with excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for medical devices or Rx products preferred. Ability to work through barriers and Regulatory constraints is a must.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 - $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
