Rally is hiring both Product Managers and Senior Product Managers!
We are ideally looking for you to be based out of following offices: Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago, or Minneapolis.
Roles &

Responsibilities:
Work with the product team to build and define product strategy
You will work with Product and XD on Rally Connect user experience, lead and own overall execution of your specified set of features
Collaboration with marketing, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal and other internal teams to strategize and execute on your set of product features
Be responsible for the development teams priorities associated with Care team
Lead and own overall execution of your set of product features
Contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
Stay on top of all meaningful health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
Identify partners and business opportunities that will improve the Rally product offering

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years experience working with consumers in a Product management role
Minimum of 3-5 years working with health care incentives rules engines
Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. and background with Computer Science is nice-to-have
Consistent track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of consumer facing products
Confirmed ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a requirement
Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus
You are strong with attention to detail including validated ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time
You have ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities you should be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; you should bring a Feature CEO mentality every week
Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Superior verbal and written communications skills

You will leverage large amounts of disparate datasets, user research, customer interviewing, and rapid testing of ideas to build new and enhance existing features. This position will report directly to the SVP, Product Management. Key Accountabilities * Understand PowerReviews' strategic and competitive position in the market and deliver new features for a new product line that are recognized as world class. * Define and own a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for assigned initiatives. * Apply data driven approaches to guiding your decisions and continuously iterate on the PowerReviews product offerings for features and operational tools. * Coordinate with other product teams (designers, engineers) and cross-functional stakeholders to insure product features are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers. * Develop and manage technical requirements to guide an iterative new product development process.
