Senior Product Manager Business Intelligence and Analytics

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Intapp is seeking to expand its market leadership in professional services software and technology by helping firms more effectively manage the Client Engagement Lifecycle through a purpose built Professional Services Platform that spans Client Development, Business Acceptance and Client Delivery. The key differentiator in Intapp's strategy will be the Business intelligence platform that will provide greater insights to the Executive Team with Actionable Analytics and Predictive Analysis while supporting what-if-scenarios.

This position is responsible for driving the overall product lifecycle and product requirements for the Intapp Business Intelligence and Analytics suite of products. We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Manager to join our team and play a critical role to Build, scale to various end user personas and bring to the market this new product line to the professional services industry. This will include business analysis and comprehensive requirements gathering, understanding various buyers, their Key Performance Indicators and release timelines. Working alongside the Director of Product Management, responsibilities include:

  • Develop product vision, strategy and roadmap for the new BI Initiative.

  • Help evaluate and analyze various BI platforms. Help dive the deep analysis promoting the business drivers for this new platform.

  • Partners with key stakeholders to define business requirements, product design, deployment and adoption.

  • Manage and lead product development lifecycle of products with our engineering team.

  • Create, prioritize, and evangelize the product roadmap to inspire internal teams and clients.

  • Draw on market insights, educated assumptions and strong analytics to inform your roadmap

  • Use lean principles to test, learn and verify new modules and features

  • Build the next generation platform data story for the BI products across the entire client lifecycle management.

  • Assist with go-to-market activities with sales, professional services, marketing and development

  • Provide product expertise in competitive sales cycles, marketing events, social media, thought leadership and other outbound activities as required

  • Establish strong relationships with Engineering, Services, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Customer Support, Finance and other partner teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in the software industry. Enterprise applications software, and other software experience a plus

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing products focused on Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or AI.

  • Balance of business and technical understanding of software, systems and Cloud products

  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources (clients, sales, engineering, competitors, marketing and management)

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to listen carefully and to communicate effectively within a diverse environment

  • Resourceful, results-oriented in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter and proven team player

  • Comfortable with at least 15% travel
