Lead the Global commercialization of new products via the Regional marketing teams by defining and implementing commercialization strategies, including product pricing, positioning, value proposition and message development, and promotion. Provide product management support to drive the overall success of products currently commercialized globally.
Essential job Functions:
Leads new product launches and partners with global regions to ensure readiness for successful commercialization
Works in partnership with cross functional platform team to ensure that short and long-term growth objectives for the region are achieved.
Directly accountable for commercial strategy development. Execution measured through product launch success metrics and measurement.
Develop appropriate training modules and support ongoing training needs for the region
Executes stakeholder analysis and segmentation to create customized value propositions (clinical, economic and psychological) to effectively position products against customer needs
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Leads development of global annual marketing plan and regional marketing plans
Directs and contributes to executing global integrated marketing campaigns
Seeks and captures regional insights to drive platform strategy and portfolio cadence
Generates short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Special projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technical Discipline or similar
Minimum of 5 years sales, marketing, healthcare or similar experience in medical device, clinical or technical related industry with a Bachelor Degree or minimum of 3 years sales, marketing, healthcare or similar experience in any medical device, clinical or technical related industry with an MBA.
