The Senior Product Manager combines user experience, business expectations, and technology to define and deliver products that delight the user base. The role provides simple elegant solutions to complex problems. This role works in a fast paced, evolving environment, with constant demands for better services. It requires strong problem resolution, decision making, communication, and partnering skills. This role acts as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders served by the product line, ensuring full engagement and communication, resolution of general issues and alignment of business strategy for the product.

Senior Product Manager in Strategy Analytics leverages their knowledge healthcare industry and strategy with exceptional analytical skills to guide teams of engineers in building products surfacing causality of trends, and works as a thought partner with business stakeholders to help them derive insights leading to strategic option discernment. This role acts as a partner to clients, executive directors of strategy and business planning and Chief Strategy Officers' supporting teams, to define methodologies and actionable metrics that measure our progress towards achieving strategy objectives. Senior PM thrives in an environment of ambiguity, helping clients define what data is needed to reduce risk in decision-making and evaluating strategic options. Senior PM serves as the main point of contact with business stakeholders, and advocates for their needs in guiding engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.

  • Five years: Progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience.

  • Five years: Familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.

  • Five years: Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
