The Senior Product Manager will contribute to the success of the Groupe SEB USA marketing strategy for the All-Clad cookware business; effectively managing product portfolio and delivering sales & margin targets. Specific duties include:

  • Business Planning and Management

  • Deliver Budgeted Net Sales and profitability for key brand in US

  • Develop and implement annual Marketing Plans

  • Analyze monthly business performance results and market performance results; make recommendations and execute plans to drive improvements

  • Develop and manage brand marketing expense budget

  • Identify brand expansion opportunities driven by retailer and shopper insights

  • Product Development and Management

  • Serve as liaison with Strategic Business Unit to develop new products

  • Manage product portfolio; optimize assortments and develop promotional plans

  • Commercialization

  • Develop and deliver integrated communications strategy; work with Consumer Experience team to execute brand communication plans (PR, Media, Digital)

  • Partner with Sales Organization to support product sell-in with promotional programs, dedicated retailer marketing support, and attend customer presentations


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 6-8 years progressive Marketing experience; with at least 5 years at the Product / Brand Manager level

  • Experience managing direct reports

  • Effective knowledge of P&L

  • Ability to implement Omni-channel go-to-market strategies with specific knowledge on digital

  • Takes initiative, strong follow-through skills; Enthusiastic

  • Detail oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and tasks

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Team Player and ability to work cross functionally within the organization (Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Business Unit)

  • Strong analytical skills with goal-oriented attitude

Job Description The purpose of the Sr. Manager HCP Marketing - Migraine is to evaluate markets, identify issues and opportunities within a given market, develop sales and HCP strategies and tactics. The Senior Product Manager will work with internal and external partners to create strategic and operational plans aligned with the brand strategies and objectives. The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing develops operational plans, tactics and communications to optimize performance aligned to plan. Essential Areas of Responsibility * Identifies and executes associated tactical plans across all HCP brand segments * Identifies obstacles to brand growth; works collaboratively to resolve them * Identifies and pursues opportunities to drive brand growth * Works collaboratively with agency partners and marketing team to ensure flawless execution of the plan * Tracks and trends tactical ROI and analyzes market data and information * Manage and administer budgets and resource plans * Develop, present and execute against key areas of the annual brand plan * Makes presentations to customer facing functions * May liaison with field sales and sales training to roll-out applicable HCP tactics and messaging Qualifications * Professional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, wide experience and exposure, understanding of solutions * Business Acumen: Initiatives beyond own area, draws insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition * Excellence in Execution: Meets objectives and deadlines, promotes efficiency and effectiveness, incorporates improvement and program ROI * Analysis: Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis for the department; Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships * Migraine and/or Neurology experience highly preferred * Launch experience for a pharmaceutical product or device * Experience managing people and projects without direct reporting authority * Minimum of 3 - 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry consisting of sales and marketing experience * Minimum of 3 - 5 years of US marketing experience as part of a pharmaceutical branded marketing team with increased responsibilities over time * Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand Education Required * Bachelor's Degree, Business or marketing degree, or MBA Function Marketing Sub Function Brand Marketing Reports To In process of validation Already Working @TEVA?
