What Will I be Doing?

The Sr Product Designer

• UX will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from understanding user needs to delivering high-fidelity designs. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, branding experts, product managers and business stakeholders.

The Sr Product Designer

• UX is responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of end-users throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring that design decisions are informed by data-driven insights and user research findings.

• Utilize design principles like balance, contrast, hierarchy, layout, and responsiveness to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, DevOps, or JIRA (or other ticketing systems).

• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.

• Advocate for ethical considerations, such as accessibility and inclusivity, to ensure diverse user experiences.

• Identify design challenges and come up with innovative solutions that fulfill user needs while aligning with business objectives.

• Develop quick, clickable prototypes in Figma to validate and illustrate design concepts.

• Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

• Understand and employ our design system effectively.

• Present work and take feedback constructively for design iteration.

• Stay abreast of design trends and technologies to inform your design decisions and keep our products up to date.

• Comprehend business goals and constraints, balancing creative freedom and business objectives in your designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A portfolio of Figma work demonstrating your end-to-end design process, from concept to completion.
