Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Work with the business and stakeholders to provide cloud-based procurement and invoicing solutions, and function as a technical product owner of these tools.

Work on Coupa procurement, invoicing tools, and the business processes that utilize them. Configure and support Coupa Tradeshift and other procurement/invoicing solutions such as SRM. Be a decision maker on the strategic path of procurement/payables solutions, balancing what is best for both business requirements/process and technology improvement.

Determine appropriate requirements, and capture these using management methods. Successfully elicit from appropriate business partners all forms of requirements (e.g., functional, performance, usability, compliance, regulatory, technical). Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts from multiple geographic areas, including Europe, Middle East (EMEA), and Asia Pacific, to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems. Use SDLC framework to implement solutions for initial go live, operation changes, break fixes, and maintenance releases.

They will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in all aspects of their product. The Senior Product Analyst will effectively lead and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Act as a Product Subject Matter Expert</p></li><li><p>Represent the Product internally and on behalf of the Product Manager/Director as required/requested.</p></li><li><p>Represent the Product externally across clients and other industry stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Develop presentation and training content for conferences and other venues where Surescripts Product knowledge is requested</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between technical, commercial, product and platform teams</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain both internal and external reference guides and documentation for support and technical teams</p></li><li><p>Provide mentorship and training to other internal Product stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Actively engage in external standards development bodies, including leading standards working groups.</p></li><li><p>Manage and continuously improve product operations</p></li><li><p>Develop materials to support monthly executive operational and technical reviews. Manage reviews with tight, focused storylines (bullets/information) and supporting metrics/graphics.</p></li><li><p>Monitor product effectiveness and operational metrics, and drive action across the organization when issues or improvement opportunities are identified.</p></li><li><p>Define and own product operational processes, including: researching, documenting and prioritizing Support tickets (Salesforce, ServiceNow), prioritizing development work for technical agile teams, working with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues on a timely manner, etc.</p></li><li><p>Launch new products</p></li><li><p>Ensure successfully developed products by collaborating with technical agile teams, commercial teams and customers.</p></li><li><p>Work with customers as the owner, client champion, and point of coordination for all Betas, Pilot versions, Early Adopter programs and General Availability products.</p></li><li><p>Lead primary research, including user interviews &amp; analysis, survey writing &amp; analysis, observation &amp; field visits, user feedback analysis to clarify product requirements, simplify deployment process, ensure supportability, and increase utilization.</p></li><li><p>Ensure completion of various milestones throughout the development phase of a new product or feature (ex: User Acceptance Testing).</p></li><li><p>Facilitate successful product General Availability (GA) rollout, monitor performance, and troubleshoot all issues collaboratively across Support, Development and Customer Teams.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>Basic Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in related, progressive roles</p></li><li><p>5+ years health information technology experience, for example: EHRs, HIEs, Public Health or Health Care Providers</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst or Technical Customer Support</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience using advanced functions in productivity/analytic tools (i.e., Microsoft Access, Excel, Powerpoint)</p></li><li><p>Conversant in the product lifecycle (Ideate, Evaluate, Develop, Launch)</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Experience using reporting systems (ie Tableau, Salesforce, Crystal Reports, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Training or experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or Human Factors</p></li><li><p>Understanding of basic XML coding</p></li><li><p>Experience with industry standards such as NCPDP, HL7, FHIR</p></li><li><p>Understanding of product development lifecycles and agile development principals</p></li><li><p>Experience with Aha! for Product Management</p></li></ul><p>Surescripts embraces flexibility through its Flexible Hybrid Work model for most positions.</p><p>Why Wait?
