Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Senior Product Analyst you will report to the Director HRG Transformation function. You will work alongside other members of the HR Transformation Team, implementing process improvement, automation and other cloud and digital solutions, as well as other new functionality and product enhancements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leads and/or supports team in implementing new HR Transformation and Analytics initiatives and product enhancements.

• Tests software enhancements and new functionality to ensure application functions based on business need and requirements.

• Responsible for defect management and follows department policy and procedure.

• Participates in the analysis of business problems/opportunities in the context of requirements and assists in developing recommendations for solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

• Supports the team in detailing out the business requirements for implementation and execution

• Has knowledge of the project life cycle, integration of systems, and business system analysis with extensive experience in healthcare implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in specifically related responsibilities is required
