Tecovas is looking for a Senior Producer who will be responsible for shaping creative development for lifestyle, studio, and content photo/video execution and working in partnership with our studio team to drive a seamless end-to-end production experience. Reporting directly to the Sr Director of Integrated Marketing, you will bring a modern, innovative, and nimble approach to production and must have experience in and an affinity for socially-native content. The Senior Producer will be a highly organized production expert embedded within our creative and content teams.

This position is a hybrid role with the candidate strongly encouraged to work from our HQ office in Austin, TX with the ability to work remotely on other days.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and pursue people and stories that Tecovas can build content and seasonal marketing campaigns around.

  • Lead brainstorms, concept reviews, pre-production, and post-production meetings to ensure campaigns come to life in the most authentic way possible.

  • Use your visual storytelling expertise to fulfill the strategic vision of your strategy, creative, and content partners.

  • Manage and support the development of all pre-/post-production milestones for a variety of photo/video/content shoots (casting, crew, locations, shot lists, schedules, wrap-out, final invoicing, etc).

  • Coordinate with our post-production team to ensure all required assets are delivered.

  • Build and drive a scalable photo/video production model which may include sourcing new production partners, innovative vendors, and tools.

  • Keep projects on schedule while problem-solving and communicating changes to cross-functional teams.

  • Manage a budget for annual creative production needs in consultation with leadership to maximize spend and find efficiencies at scale.

  • Assess, negotiate, and execute all fees, usage, and contracts in alignment with overall budget and campaign goals, including reconciliation at project wrap.

  • Maintain a master production schedule.

  • Operate with a growth mindset looking for continuous improvements to tools, workflows, and methods to decrease cycles and feedback loops.

  • Manage and develop a roster of trusted freelance creative talent and vendors such as Stylists, Assistant Producers, Production Assistants, Hair/make-up artists, etc.

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve creative excellence across projects.

Experience we're looking for:

  • 5-7 years of production experience within a production company, brand, or agency

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience in a photography studio or fashion retail advertising, marketing, or creative environment would be an advantage.

  • Experience managing and leading a team is preferred

  • Proven experience managing multiple production teams in different production environments (in-house, off-site, production company, etc.)

  • Product obsessed and passionate about product marketing

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

  • You are able to objectively assess processes and recommend improvements as well as practical experience implementing improvements.

  • You are a collaborative team player with a great attitude and the ability to be part of the solution.
