Main purpose of position

Currently we are looking for a Senior Procurement and Logistics Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia - to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - Improving our future. As our Senior Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will provide a coordination service to the Project Management Team and Global Procurement Manager of a large scale PV Solar Project with regards to Procurement and Logistics tasks and ensuring that projects are executed on time within budget and successfully, according local requirements.

Main responsibilities

• Use of Operating System: Follow the guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the operating system / b. Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimisation of the operating system / c. Successfully implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phase of the Project

• Structuring Phase of projects : Highlight logistic risks identified during the structuring phase and timeously communicate to Line Manager / b. Facilitate visits to potential ports and obtain road risk assessment to site / c. Prepare project documentation for execution including shipping registers, delivery plans and others in accordance with the operating system / d. Others

• Delivery/execution phase : Prepare contracts for relevant service&material suppliers / b. Ensure that signed contract is returned, shared on document management system and communicated to Project Team / c. Ensure that the milestone project documentation is obtained, shared on the operating system and communicated to Project Team / d. Maintain the logistics execution plan per project / e. Ensure that handover of spare parts list and material to Operation & Maintenance team is done / f. Others

• Procurement Compliance and Strategic: Develop together with Latam P&L team procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries /b. Assist in training and follow up of relevant O&M personnel for the implementation of the procurement policy and procedure /c. Assist in the audit of the implementation of procurement policy and procedure / d Prepare all purchase orders for procurement of assets including spare parts

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering

• Excellent knowledge in Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint

• Experienced in goods transportation across country (national and international)

For the particular role we also expect

• Ability negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Work permit for Colombia.

Additional information

Temporary position for project struturing and construction. 12-Month contract with possibility to extend.
