Procurement AnalystThis position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc.


  • Analyzes and tracks supplier performance on a continual basis.

  • Evaluates the quality and quantity of deliverables against mutually established performance expectations and milestones.

  • Develops and runs customized reports in areas such as expenditures as well as start dates and closeouts for such stakeholders as procurement managers, directors, and executives.

  • Create necessary templates to capture monthly actuals and forecasted savings at a project level and work with multifunctional partners to understand trends, key drivers and assumptions.

  • Maintain an overall knowledge of the business and partner with Procurement / Finance / Business Units to ensure effective and thorough analysis and accuracy of data.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of interdependencies of all line items and profitability drivers of each project / category.

  • Works as a liaison to the business and IT to ensure necessary data requirements are met.

  • Supports cross-functional teams and works to drive savings throughout the supply chain.


  • BA/BS required in business, operations management, logistics or engineering.

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fast-moving, high SKU(20,000+) foodservice and consumer products company.

  • Tableau software experience required.

  • Microsoft Access knowledge and understanding of relational databases strongly desired along with strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively and independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • Strong process skills with a demonstrated ability to drive change.

VIEW JOBS 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-10T00:00 Procurement Program Administrator Primary Function: The Procurement Program Administrator will be responsible for the management, coordination, administration and monitoring of process compliance for enterprise-wide procurement programs (i.e. fleet, travel, cards and temp labor). The Administrator is accountable for program evaluation, policy implementation and compliance for the programs. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of the program, from administration, new user implementation and ensuring compliance with contracted terms and pricing * Manage supplier relationships specific to the program and conduct regular business reviews with suppliers * Analyze and report trends and benchmarks on the marketplace * Support the category management team with research, identify, negotiate and contract with fleet, travel, p-card suppliers * Coordinate, establish and improve policies including savings opportunities * Establish process and oversee handling of new card holder/driver/user accounts * Produce administrative and financial reports * Responsible for reporting and tracking technical issues and customer satisfaction * Establish and implement policies regarding administration and use of program * Develop procedures for business partners to utilize to support budget and compliance needs * Train business partners on system, technology, and procedures * Assess the needs of business partners in order to establish and implement special programs, systems or products that will increase satisfaction or support requirements of the program * Serve as the technical expert on new features and upgrades of programs to improve the procurement process * Identify areas of improvement to Category management during the renewal process Preferred Education & Experience: * Bachelor's Degree * 3-5 years of related experience * Ability to manage multiple internal customers requests; is able to prioritize requests with guidance. * Experience in managing programs like fleet, travel, card programs * Strong supplier relationship development and industry experience preferred * Professional qualification / certification from related professional body, (ISM – CPM) would be an added advantage * Strong project management and change management skills preferred. * Thorough knowledge of all Indirect Purchasing principles and practices. * Strong knowledge of Purchasing ERP application * Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information * Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
