Position Summary:
HUB International is seeking an exceptional practitioner who will primarily report to our Director of Procurement as a member of our Procurement team / Finance department, charged with securing savings, avoiding unnecessary costs, and deploying efficient procurement processes across the enterprise. This position will be based from our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The Senior Procurement Analyst will assist the CPO, Procurement Director and Procurement Manager by partnering with our business units and corporate departments on sourcing and procurement activities, and participating in the design, implementation and enforcement of policies, processes, systems, and results across the enterprise. In addition to helping to drive cost savings / cost avoidance, this position will have significant responsibility for supplier development and performance, including quality and lead-time reliability, as well as reporting and identification of demand management opportunities. The person in this role will have an opportunity to grow within the role and department, cementing their position in a function poised for continued success.
