SCOPE

The Senior Process Engineer will prioritize process optimization and be responsible for investigating, establishing, and implementing procedures to ensure that production is consistently efficient and effective. With a keen focus on continuous improvement, the Senior Process Engineer will work diligently to analyze and correct any process issues to allow for more efficient production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take part in process optimization
• Implement methods for process improvement including testing and inspection
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and productivity
• Analyze process failures for root cause and recommend corrective actions
• Lead weekly reliability meetings
• Manage logistics of equipment transit and arrival
• Improve machine utilization efficiency
• Work on new product development
• Serve as the primary resource to department supervisors for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years in Manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
• Highly analytical and excellent communicator
• Excellent computer skills
