Senior Process Engineer

System One is partnered with a Manufacturing Technology group in need of an additional Process Engineer. In this role, you'll provide engineering support to food ingredient operations and develop strategies to enhance manufacturing performance.

You'll leverage Process Engineering and Operations expertise to support capital projects and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Adhere to regulatory, company policies, good manufacturing, and food safety requirements.

Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Business resources for innovation and product rollouts. Lead plant capital projects including design, justification, and commissioning. Offer daily technical support for process optimization, troubleshooting, and risk analysis.

Develop production strategies with management to improve performance. Mentor production staff and foster technical knowledge. Focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and support safety and environmental programs.

Minimum Qualifications: BS in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, or related field. Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

Problem-solving and statistical analysis experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in food ingredient manufacturing.

Proven ability to resolve complex issues with data-driven analysis. M1
