Job Description

Join our dynamic Semiconductor EPI Manufacturing facility as a Senior Process Engineer and contribute significantly to the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, and modifying standard techniques and procedures to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement. Additionally, you will analyze equipment and processes to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results. Your role involves conducting root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet project requirements, as well as planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Hard Skills

• Semiconductor manufacturing processes

• Epitaxial growth techniques

• Semiconductor fabrication equipment handling

• Data analysis and statistical process control (SPC)

• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience using data mining software such as JUMP

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyze complex technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process improvement

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Work Environment

The work environment involves 70%-80% sustaining the factory and 30%-20% driving improvements. The role is very hands-on in a mostly manual factory which produces 5000 wafers per week.
