Are you interested in a high-impact technical leadership role leading projects and architecting complex systems with electrical, mechanical, and software content? In this role, you will provide system level technical project leadership in the development of remote plasma sources, ozone, and microwave generators for the semiconductor industry. Working with a cross functional team you will generate product concepts and system designs and be the key technical lead through all project phases of product development and transfer to production manufacturing and service.
Key systems engineer responsible for the design, manufacturing of complex modular systems
Technical project lead of a cross-functional team in new product development
Responsible for system architecture of multi-disciplinary designs including electrical, mechanical, and software
Participate in all aspects of cross-functional product development including concept, design, cost, verification, documentation, reliability, quality, and service
Design and execute system-level testing to validate product performance to specifications. Report results and determine appropriate engineering tradeoffs to optimize functional performance, reliability, and product cost
Minimum BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with >10 years of industrial experience in systems design and integration or equivalent Engineering experience
Ability to conceptualize, analyze and solve complex interdisciplinary systems issues including power electronics, thermal management, and packaging
Experience providing technical project leadership to cross functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, reliability, quality, and service Excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience in preparing and delivering detailed analysis and reports for customers and senior management
Proven success in capital equipment development projects- Semiconductor industry preferred
Good understanding of power conversion fundamentals, system grounding, and EMC
Familiarity with RF power electronics in 3-30kW range preferred
