Development of security controls, policies, and procedures for SCADA/ICS networks.
Continually reviews existing policies and processes to ensure effectiveness across the Operational Technology enterprise.
Provides leadership for information security compliance initiatives in the Operational Technology environment.
Increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Information Security program, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Develops long-term Information Security strategy and planning, including initiatives geared toward information security excellence
7+ years combined IT and information security experience
3+ years information security experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or other related field.
The successful candidate will have proven experience with:
Developing and implementing security controls for ICS/SCADA networks.
Risk modeling / threat assessment and working with the enterprise on controls and resiliency programs.
Strong understanding of business and control system networks and technologies.
Strong technical foundation in systems and network security
Master's degree in Cyber Security.
Experience in the Transportation industry.
One or more IT Security related certifications (CISSP, CEH, LPT, etc.)
