ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Development of security controls, policies, and procedures for SCADA/ICS networks.

  • Continually reviews existing policies and processes to ensure effectiveness across the Operational Technology enterprise.

  • Provides leadership for information security compliance initiatives in the Operational Technology environment.

  • Increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Information Security program, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

  • Develops long-term Information Security strategy and planning, including initiatives geared toward information security excellence

Additional Qualifications

  • 7+ years combined IT and information security experience

  • 3+ years information security experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or other related field.

Additional KSAs

The successful candidate will have proven experience with:

  • Developing and implementing security controls for ICS/SCADA networks.

  • Risk modeling / threat assessment and working with the enterprise on controls and resiliency programs.

  • Strong understanding of business and control system networks and technologies.

  • Strong technical foundation in systems and network security

Additional Preferences

  • Master's degree in Cyber Security.

  • Experience in the Transportation industry.

  • One or more IT Security related certifications (CISSP, CEH, LPT, etc.)
