May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Functional professional with 2 or more HCM Implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud, or minimally 5-7 years of experience implementing relevant Oracle applications in a lead role
Oracle ERP experience in at least 2 modules - T&L / Absence Management required
Experience with Public sector engagements
5 years consulting experience including full lifecycle implementations
Adept at assessing legacy systems and collecting business requirements, and translating existing data/requirements into an Oracle functional design
Skilled in configuration of Time & Labor and Absence Management modules including leave plans, employee setup, absence usage parameters, pay elements and approval workflow routing
Ability to analyze and implement business processes that utilize Oracle delivered functionality
Communicate and implement best-practice solutions for timekeeping and absence tracking
Work with clients on data conversion requirements and make recommendations on data transformation into Oracle Cloud
Documentation of functional design, configuration of Oracle Cloud, and business processes required for T&L/Absence Management workstream
Knowledgeable in Oracle Support Service Request and ticketing processes
Effectively troubleshoots system issues and drives resolution with client and Oracle resources
Engages in knowledge transfer and client education
Familiar with labor agreements and implementation of FLSA Overtime, Compensatory Time calculations, and Special Holiday calculations
Preferred experience in educational settings with Contract Pay, Salary Smoothing scenarios
