Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or engineering projects using Agile methodologies including 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development/engineering environment with multi-function teams
Prior experience and certification with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development/engineering projects
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Engineers, Subject Matter Experts and Operations
Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development/engineering teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
Ability to provide leadership to subject matter experts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
Prior experience managing Cloud projects or initiatives, including product development, engineering efforts, DevOps and/or transformation engagements
Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
Proven ability to lead software development/engineering projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
Collaboration: Confluence, Slack, SharePoint or equivalent
Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or equivalent
Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Association certification or equivalent
Solid understanding of scripting and automation tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Python, Docker, etc.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering individuals at all levels including the executive level
