JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to conduct annual in-depth analysis of charges with the goal of having a similar charge structure for all Penn State Health entities while maximizing reimbursement and remaining market competitive. Responsible for the financial analyses of hospital reimbursement associated with higher monetary impacts, including the preparation of the Penn State Health home office cost report.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required
5 years of experience in the hospital pricing and/or reimbursement environment required

Previous Hospital Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reporting experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to analyze data for accuracy

Knowledge of current industry best practices and regulatory requirements

This is accomplished through the measurement of risk and communication of the risk management framework. JOB SUMMARY: The Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Analyst (CVAA) is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber security vulnerability management activities, including but not limited to: * Performing vulnerability assessments on PSH and COM Information Systems using established processes * Ensuring communication and awareness of the PSH and COM Vulnerability Management program * Ensuring vulnerabilities are appropriately managed within risk appetite tolerance and limits * Contributing to the aggregation and reporting of vulnerability metrics and information * Supporting cyber security strategies and reporting * Acting as a subject matter expert in vulnerability management and engaging with cross-functional teams MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate Level Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or a related field and 4 years of experience in cyber risk management. OR 8 total years of experience and education. Senior Level Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or a related field and 8 years of experience in cyber risk management. OR 12 total years of experience and education. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven understanding of cyber security vulnerability assessment and risk management procedures and methodologies * Prior experience operating and managing a vulnerability management tool * Strong knowledge of technology and security topics including network security, wireless security, application security, infrastructure hardening and security baselines, web server, and database security * Strong knowledge industry standards regarding vulnerability management including Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) * Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, standards, practices, and technologies * Strong knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements (i.e., HIPAA, PCI, etc.) * Proven strong background in cyber security and operational processes * Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment * Ability to develop strong working relationships * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills This job description is a general outline of duties performed and is not to be misconstrued as encompassing all duties performed within the position.
