OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

OCT is currently looking for a Senior Policy Analyst.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support for essential policy, strategy, advisory analysis across various workstreams, including: CIRCIA Notices of Proposed Rulemaking, Sector Structure and SRMA advancement and policy implementation, and strategy and management support to committees such as the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, NCR Security activity, and JCCG work streams related to National Security Presidential Memoranda (NSPM) 24.

Coordinate with Divisions to consult on complex national-level policy and strategy initiatives, encourage use of SPP resources, and support development of specific strategies and strategic implementation plans.

Requirements

Security Requirements

Must be able to obtain or retain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Security Clearance at time of award

Demonstrated experience developing or implementing relevant national-policy and legislation, including PPD-21, PPD-44, and the FY21 NDAA.

Salary Range:  $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience
