The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicates the value of DocuSigns Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
This Position
DocuSigns vision is to provide the leading apps and platform technologies for companies to modernize their systems of agreement, from preparing agreements to getting them signed to fulfilling the terms and finally, reporting on, retaining and retrieving agreements. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Contract Management Products, you will be responsible for communicating value and increasing sales effectiveness for our contract management products. Youll drive product messaging and positioning, enable our Sales teams with content and tools aligned to customer needs in various stages of the sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing to build a pipeline for the product. Youll work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and senior leadership.
This position is based in Chicago. It is an individual contributor role, reporting to the head of Contract Management and Document Generation Product Marketing.
Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of the market to define messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement, and lead gen programs

  • Create, lead, manage, and measure product marketing initiatives to showcase the value of our contract management products to target markets

  • In conjunction with Sales and Marketing, co-develop integrated marketing programs aligned to the customer buying and adoption lifecycles

  • Evangelize our CLM product with customers, partners, analysts, and media

  • Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g. customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations/sessions/training for all areas related to product value

  • Partner with sales to deliver effective global field enablement including messaging, content, and tools
    Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years marketing experience

  • BA/BS required

  • Excellent references required
    Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space

  • Background in CRM, Contract Lifecycle Management or related category

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Capacity to work on cross-functional projects

  • MBA from top tier school

The Procurement Operations Lead is responsible for providing analysis, review and application of best practices to contracts/agreements to contribute to the accomplishment of CME Group's objectives and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies. This position works closely with all levels of Procurement, the Legal organization and the Third-Party Risk Management team. Responsibilities: * Review, edit, and comment on contracts/agreement and other legal documents in support of CME Group's goals. * Provide guidance to the business on such issues as contract execution and management to ensure compliance with legal and corporate policy. * Coordinate and manage the flow of contract reviews with Procurement, Legal, International Marketing Review Team, and Third-Party Risk Management. * Participate in the negotiation with Procurement team and vendors leveraging contract expertise. * Create contract/agreement amendments, clauses, Statements of Work, MD Exception Memos, and other supporting legal documentation. * Manage various reports identifying contract statistics and statuses. The Procurement Operations Lead will be responsible for making decisions on the legal terms and conditions of new and existing contracts/agreements and using best judgment to determine when to consult with the Legal and Third-Party Risk Management departments prior to approval. The Procurement Operations Lead should be detail oriented with strong project management and analytical skills and have a basic understanding of contract terminology which will allow for insightful edits and comments to contracts/agreements. The Procurement Operations Lead should have the ability to communicate contracting issues to various stakeholders and identify realistic delivery commitments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in business or related discipline. * At least two years of legal contracting experience, a paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience. * Strong understanding of key legal terms relevant to corporate contracts. * Experience creating a negotiating plan and leading negotiation efforts on purchase agreements and/or vendor contracts. * The Procurement Operations Lead should have sound have effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and sufficient diplomacy and tact to deal effectively with all internal customers and professional relationships. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, specifically the Formatting and Review (redlining) functionality. * Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management systems a plus.
