Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the procurement of materials, production schedules, and shipments of sales orders including directing the deliveries of materials and releases of orders to Manufacturing and maintaining proper inventory cost throughout the year

  • Oversees the progress of orders from release to shipment

  • Analyze bill of materials, sales order, drawings, routings and procedures in order to ensure proper flow of materials

  • Create production schedules using Microsoft Project

  • Maintain manufacturing build plans on a daily basis

  • Maintain the run and set up times associated with each job/product/part

  • Drive consistent Material EAC's and execution charts

  • Review, recommend and/or perform timely corrective actions for all rejected material, new releases and engineering changes

  • Inform the proper departments of any delays or problems and ensure a timely/response/corrective action

  • Authorize the procurement, delivery, and production release of materials

  • Establish and set priorities on long lead and critical path items through purchasing, inspection, manufacturing and engineering

  • Attend design review meetings and production meetings to provide all departments with material status and shipping schedules

  • Oversee data accuracy of inventory, bill of materials, ship orders and material allocations

  • Ensure all departments from time of release maintain the proper paperwork until shipment of orders

  • Forecast, schedule and ensure monthly shipments of sales orders

  • Qualifications

  • 5 + years' experience with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • High energy/positive personality/self-motivated

  • Proficient in MPS driven demand and execution

General Summary Conducts operations planning for a Nationally Certified Red Team. Responsible for coordinating with Combatant Commands, DOT&E, Red Team, US Cyber Command, and other agencies. The Cyber Planner represents the Red Team at planning conferences for major tier exercises. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions) * Cyber planning in support of major exercises * Responsible for providing direct customer assistance in the development of mission area analysis, operational requirements and concept of operations documents in direct support of major military systems acquisition processes. * * Responsible for preparing department specific reports as required by government or customer. * * Responsible for direct customer support in the planning and execution of special activities such as conferences, meetings and scheduling. * * May assist in proposal development * Adherence to budget execution. * May serve as Liaison between department and other departments as well as with outside customers, regulatory personnel, etc. Required Experience Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 15 years work related experience or 8 years recent experience in the military systems acquisition process, cyber operations or cyber intelligence. * Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs required * Secret Security clearance required, with the ability to get TS/SCI Preferred Qualifications * Experience with exercise planning at Combatant Commands * Experience with cyber operations planning * Familiarity with communications networks, computer networks (certifications such as CEH preferred) * Current TS/SCI Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
