Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Provides assistance to co-workers, patients, and visitors as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
3 years experience as a Physical Therapist
Work experience in Physical Disabilities Setting
Experience in working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
