The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the digital marketing efforts for realtor.com and associated brands. The position will be responsible for successfully executing various initiatives across paid media channels to deliver against aggressive business goals.
Realtor.com is looking for a creative, results-oriented and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager with exceptional strategic and analytical skills to join our Performance Marketing Team. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of paid media channels.
You will plan, develop, execute and optimize media buys while ensuring that campaigns are fully utilized and meeting KPIs. Grow an audience and leads via paid search and other paid channels including search, display, social, and affiliates.
Be both analytical and imaginative must be able to understand the data for optimization and get creative to draw out actionable insights from it. We are looking for a self-starter that has experience in digital marketing.
Manage paid search and other paid media channels with the goal of driving cost-effective, high quality traffic/leads while managing to an aggressive set of KPI's and budget
Monitor and report on key performance metrics while identifying areas of opportunity and growth
Work with marketing vendors and agencies to drive day-to-day tactics and strategy
Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy
testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, etc.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product and Tech to optimize web traffic
4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search either at an agency or in-house is required.
Additional experience in managing other digital marketing channels such as paid social, affiliates and display is a plus
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, economics or related field, MBA a plus
Experience working with search engine management tools such as Search Ads 360, Adobe Media Optimize, Marin, Kenshoo is required
Experience using online advertising solutions such as Google Ad words, Facebook Ad Manager, HasOffers
Experience with web analytics software such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is required
Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPA, CPC, CPM, and RoAS
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Strong Excel skills with experience building complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, multi-function formulas and elaborate graphs.
Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners
