Job Description The Senior PeopleSoft HCM Programmer/Analyst role will be one of several team members responsible for systems analysis, development, and/or technical administration within our PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. A candidate must have a development experience within a PeopleSoft HCM platform, as well as a solid understanding of associated HR business functions. A candidate must possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record of working with end users to develop solutions. As a Senior Programmer/Analyst, you will partner with our HR business associates to create solutions for their requirements, including working those system changes though the full development lifecycle. Strong communication skills are essential for this position given the close collaboration that is required with the business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
At least of 4 years technical experience with system analysis, development, and/or technical administration of a PeopleSoft HCM platform within a large corporation
At least 8 years of IT industry experience in system analysis, development, and/or technical administration
A Bachelor's degree
Experience with the following
PeopleSoft 9.2/PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
integration IT systems
Linux
BI publisher
Expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Working knowledge of IT Security control frameworks, with particular experience related to on-premise applications
A general understanding of Government and Department of Defense IT security control requirements (CMMC, NIST, DFARS, etc..)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Having a background specifically in PeopleSoft HCM system analysis, development, and/or administration for large companies, as well as implementing major upgrades to the product
Experience with PeopleSoft workflow capabilities
Experience with PeopleCode, both for online capabilities and Application Engine programming
Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft user security and row level security
Experience in complex PeopleSoft sqr programming
Further, the ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing interfacing solutions with partner systems (REST APIs, Web Services, flat file via sftp, etc.), as well as experience in designing online capabilities
Core HR, Compensation, ePerformance, and Talent Module experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
