Project Catapult is the next step in fulfilling Marriotts vision of a single integrated Workforce Management Platform and includes the implementation of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll applications, as well as the replacement of the US based Payroll system. Project Catapult will be implemented in 2020 and will include Payroll for US and UK initially.

As a member of the Project CATAPULT team, the Senior Business Analyst will assist in implementing a new Payroll application and business process solution for Marriott International. Specifically, the Senior Business Analyst will primarily support activities during the design, development, build, and test phase of the project including System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test. The Senior Business Analyst will participate in design sessions and support activities related to designing and documenting payroll business processes. She/he will also play a role in test script preparation and execution to include identifying and documenting test conditions, producing and reviewing test scripts, executing test scripts, documenting errors found during testing, assisting in error resolution and providing status updates as required. The Senior Business Analyst will also assist with general business and process analysis, the development of training materials and go-live and post production activities.
Provide payroll subject matter expertise to the project team through the design, build, test and rollout of the new solution.
Perform system user acceptance testing.
Enhance the skills of users and coaches by providing input into the development of training materials (i.e. job aides, on-line help, classroom, etc.).
Assist in tracking and resolving issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Key Talents and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience with enabling technologies in a global organization.
In-depth knowledge of payroll applications and business processes.
Experience in the area of hotel operations or finance for Marriott. Understands business needs related to payroll.
Experience in the implementation of a large business initiative (preferred).
Demonstrates experience in creative and innovative application of technology for business change.
Must have extensive personal computer experience with a strong background in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
History of consistently delivering business results.
Ability to communicate ideas, both orally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications.
Ability to communicate ideas both orally and in writing.

Education and Professional Certification
Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Administration, Information Systems or related discipline preferred.

Responsible effective coordination of services by providers and facilitating supervision of clinical staff. Develops performance targets and assures their successful completion. Provides leadership for continuous quality improvement for the clinic's services, operations and functions. Provides clinical and administrative leadership, guidance, support, and supervision to program employees of all disciplines. Reports To: Director of Clinical Services Supervises: Therapists, Nurses and Case Mangers Minimum Education: Masters degree in health care; Nursing, Social Work, Psychology or related fields. Minimum Experience: Two (2) years supervisory experience required. Experience in behavioral health setting preferred. Licensure Requirement: Must be licensed in TN as LCSW, LPC MHSP, LMFT Responsibilities 1. Accountable for effective delivery of patient care in designated outpatient service sites through clinical supervision, evaluation of staff, training, direct observation, consumer feedback, consultation with physicians, role modeling, and providing other resources to staff as needed. 2. Accountable for developing and implementing the program's business plan that supports the strategic plan of Parkwest Medical Center. Assures that productivity targets are met. 3. Coordinates the utilization management plan for physicians and nurse practitioners with the providers and senior management.4. Ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements (the Joint Commission, state agencies, etc.) Medicare, and other payers, as related to patient care and clinical documentation activities. 5. Responsible for development, implementation, adherence, and monitoring of annual operating budget. 6. Accountable for marketing and census building activities for the outpatient programs. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with actual or prospective referral sources. Develops and implements annual marketing plan for the program. Serves as the program's primary representative to external constituents through committee meetings, board memberships, public speaking, etc. Interfaces with Primary Care Physicians and specialists within the Covenant Health system to facilitate awareness and utilization of services. 7. Responsible for hiring, training, completion of performance evaluations, and discipline of employees. 8. Provides clinical consultation and education upon request to other programs and facilities of Peninsula.9. Accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of care and standards of practice for the program.10. Participates in the development and implementation and/or revision of Outpatient Services clinical policies and procedures and quality improvement projects.11. Facilitates communication between program and other departments of Parkwest.12. Attends meetings as required and participates on committees as directed.13.
