We are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. The focus will be on weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations, including regular payroll reconciliations. This role requires an individual with a detailed and analytical mindset, knowledge of payroll laws, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. This person must have experience with ADP and will act as a cross-functional business partner that will have to work with multiple teams to ensure the payroll information is received timely and accurately. The candidate must have a professional demeanor, thrive in a service/customer-oriented position, be a hardworking, punctual, honest, loyal, and motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic and want to be a long-term contributing team member.

This is a hybrid position (3x/week in office).

Duties:

• Timely and accurate processing for all US payrolls including the preparation, processing and disbursement of all regular and off-cycle payrolls, incentive compensation, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments as well as deductions
• Research and determine payroll discrepancies and perform corrections as necessary
• Maintain Timecard entry, approval and importing to payroll
• Partner with Human Resources to process payroll system inputs including new hires, changes in salary, overtime, terminations, benefits, severance, commissions, bonuses,address updates, tax withholdings, etc. for all salaried and hourly employees
• Complete payroll submission in payroll processing system
• Advanced knowledge of running payroll related reports in ADP
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and internal policies for US
• Regularly audit information contained within relevant payroll systems and provide assistance on clean-up
• Partner with Payroll Manager on year-end auditing and processing to ensure data integrity for W2 preparation
• Manage payroll emails and respond to employee inquiries on a timely basis
• Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
• Work cross functionally and collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams on a frequent basis
• Audit weekly integration of 401k/Roth/Loan benefit changes from Empower

Qualifications:

• ADP WorkforceNow experience
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

• Our base pay ranges from $81,000-$114,000 for this position. Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
